Revision Rhinoplasty
This patient underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty more than twenty years ago. The surgery caused destabilization of her nasal structure which ultimately caused the collapse of her nasal sidewalls and tip. The revision included reconstruction of her functional airway to improve her breathing. Her photos were taken one year after her procedure.
