This patient underwent a prior rhinoplasty performed by an outside surgeon to repair a traumatic injury to his nose. With the use of costal cartilage, the nose was straightened, elevated, and refined. The end-result is a proportional, masculine nose. His photos were taken eight months after his revision procedure.
