Here at Gold Coast Plastic Surgery, we have been taking extra measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff. In order to continue doing this, we ask that you please adhere to the following COVID -19 protocol while at the office for your appointment:

COVID 19 Safety Procedures:

Appointment Times:

We will ask you to wait outside or in your car until your appointment time to allow for proper social distancing while other patients are being treated. Please do not arrive early or late to your scheduled appointment. Only guests with appointments scheduled for the day will be allowed in the reception area (this includes children).

COVID-19 Questionnaire:

Each patient will be asked to complete and sign a COVID-19 questionnaire in addition to any necessary treatment consent forms.

Face Protection:

All patients are required to wear a protective face covering while in the building. Only during skin care or injectable treatments will you be allowed to remove your mask. Providers are required to wear protective face masks and gloves at all times.

Contactless Temperature Checks:

Upon entering the office, a staff member will be taking your temperature by means of a contactless thermometer. If your temperature reads 100.4*F or higher you will be unable to proceed with treatment and will need to reschedule your appointment. All Gold Coast Plastic Surgery employees are required to have their temperature taken prior to beginning the work day and will not be allowed to work if their temperature reads 100.4*f or higher.

Reception Area:

We ask all patients to please practice social distancing while waiting in the reception area. Furniture will be separated to allow for proper social distancing.

Hand Sanitizer:

Please wash your hands in the restroom or use the readily available hand sanitizer prior to your treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are sick, think you may be becoming sick, or have been exposed to someone who is ill, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are excited to welcome you back!
