This patient underwent a functional rhinoplasty following a traumatic injury creating a septal fracture and a severely crooked nose. The nose was addressed with an extracorporeal septoplasty, which is the complete removal and reinsertion of the septum. This resulted in the straightening of the nose and resolution of his nasal airway obstruction. The bridge hump was addressed with osteotomies. His photo was taken one year after his procedure.
