This patient underwent a functional rhinoplasty after a traumatic injury. He suffered a nasal fracture several years ago with the resultant deformity of the nose and difficulty breathing. Osteotomies were performed to reconstruct the nasal bones as well as placement of spreader grafts and batten grafts. The postop result demonstrates straightening of the nose and subjectively the patient reports significant improvement of his nasal breathing. His photo was taken six months after his procedure.
