Parking Information:
We validate parking for the Self Park Garage located at 10 East Ontario (the North West corner of Ontario St. and Wabash St., across Ontario St. is the Bloomingdale’s Home Store).  Park on Floor 3 or 4.  There are two sets of elevators, take the set with the single elevator door labeled to 1 East Erie Businesses (do not take the elevator with the double elevator door).  Take the elevator to the ground floor.  When you exit the elevator, take a left and follow the signs to 1 East Erie Businesses.  This will take you to a large silver door labeled 1 East Erie.  When you walk through this door you will now be in our lobby and you will see a set of three elevators.  Take these elevators up to the 6th floor.  Once on the 6th floor, make a left out of the elevators to Suite 640.

Many patients find metered street parking on the streets surrounding the office.  These meters accept quarters and credit cards.
