Rhinoplasty Photos - Case #3980
Patient Case #3980
This patient underwent a cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty approximately 8 months ago. He suffered a traumatic injury creating a septal fracture and a severely crooked nose. The nose was addressed with an extracorporeal septoplasty (involves complete removal of the septum-replaced once the septum is straightened on the back table) this resulted in complete straightening of the nose and resolution of his nasal airway obstruction. The bridge hump was addressed with osteotomies.
